Booking and Cancellation Policy

The booking and cancellation conditions for Anywhere Adventures are based on the fact that once a hotel, safari lodge/camp, local domestic airline, or other services are booked on your behalf, a cancellation fee will be incurred if the booking is canceled. We will adhere to the cancellation policy provided by our service provider and apply the remaining balance to a credit note, which must be used within 6 months.

Credit Note Option for Accommodation

We understand that unforeseen events may necessitate a change in your travel plans. If you find that you need to cancel your booking, we offer a credit note option, but only under specific conditions:

• Request Period: You must submit a written request for a credit note at least 30 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
• Accommodation Only: The credit note applies solely to accommodation costs and cannot be applied to any other services, such as excursions, transportation, or activities.
• Validity: The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable. It can be used for future bookings with Anywhere Adventures Kenya, subject to availability.
• Non-Applicability: If your cancellation request is made within 30 days of the scheduled booking date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no credit note will be issued.
